吉隆坡雪邦黃金棕櫚樹度假村位於雪邦州的新金三角，所有客房以及大部分的設施都修建在美麗的藍色海面上，伸進大海將近1公里，周邊是大片未被開發的海灘與熱帶森林，整個度假村的佈局酷似一棵高大挺拔的棕櫚樹，與當地自然環境十分融洽。

服務很好，中餐很好吃，還有沙灘火花表演，小孩子比較喜歡，離馬來西亞吉隆坡機場也很近，如果沒有時間去仙本那，可以選擇來這裡

酒店設施真係安排得很好，在沙灘用RM150 就包玩到香蕉船 ATV 水上電單車 仲有其他水上活動，如果喜歡玩水上活動的 值得去！ 西餐廳既食物 好食 價錢合理 美中不足就房間比較舊 ！ 仲有免費既單車可以提供！

Too short of a stay, between check in and check out (less than 24 hours). Should consider a little longer check.out time at 2 pm. The front office and support staff are very friendly. Good breakfast except the nasi lemak sambal is too spicy.

雖然位置有點偏，但是景色一流，沙灘的沙子細膩，水上草屋被落日襯託，景色非常不錯。海灘邊的娛樂有沙灘摩托艇，海上摩托，香蕉船等，足夠玩一整體。可惜只能用當地的支付碼或現金，沒有信用卡或支付寶付款。記得要準備現金。園區內有自行車租借，25馬幣一日。在園區或去附近的大排檔吃晚飯是不錯的代步工具了。海上小屋一眼望去是無邊的大海，別有一番風味。值得一試。酒店服務員都十分熱情。

We booked for our girlfriend’s bride to be night ? I have called the reception at golden palm tree resort twice before arrival for decoration for my girlfriend celebration but when we enter the villa , no decoration, my girlfriends were angry with me and I was upset ! Furthermore I paid for 5 adults for 2 bedroom villa , the extra bed is not even prepared yet ! And buggy took so long to fetch us from our villa for breakfast and checkout , waited approximately 15- 20 minutes . Breakfast selection was good

It’s my first time vacationing here, and it’s not as bad as people say online. The environment and the hotel breakfast are quite nice. The only downside was that one of the male staff members at check-in wasn’t very friendly. Whenever we asked him something, he would just say, “You can call 0 to ask.” Maybe it’s because we’ve stayed at other hotels before, where the front desk staff would patiently explain the facilities to us.

原本是要去雪蘭莪看螢火蟲的週末 結果訂完酒店才發現吉隆坡有兩個雪蘭莪 然鵝～陰差陽錯的感受了一下吉隆坡“小馬代” 度假村尊重自然，生態怡人，周圍沒什麼遊玩項目，適合懶人不要動腦。返程可以順路去火龍果餐廳試試，味道不錯。

Reviews were true - room was not properly cleaned, buggy service is insanely slowww. We would've chosen to walk if only if our room is in front. Room quite old and rundown.

抵達酒店check in 是把行李放在路邊，我要走進登記大廳裡做登記，第一次五星級度假屋還坐在樓梯處等待長達半小時的buggy😡還被後來抵達的旅行團插隊！根本沒有酒店員工在外面安排次序。入住酒店後要出去走走再等半個小時buggy車才來接送，浪費了我的時間。晚上也一直在等buggy車去吃晚餐結果等了半小時還沒來再打一次電話給客服，司機説第一次的電話沒有接到通知白白浪費了我的時間。就這樣左等右等晚餐時間10點才吃上。第二天早餐也是在等buggy，吃完在餐廳也是要等buggy車 大部分住客都感到非常不滿。buggy車太少住的地方離開太遠，沒辦法步行。如果你有很多時間浪費可以來住，要不然就待在房間不要出門。真的沒有住過服務那麼差的度假勝地！非常不滿意！
